10 DAYS TOUR: CASABLANCA- SAHARA DESERT
DAY 1: On the first day of the 10-day tour from Casablanca, you will be picked up from your accommodation. Then we will drive to the capital of Morocco, Rabat. This city was also one of the imperial cities of Morocco. Here we will take you to some historical and cultural sites. First we will visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohamed 5 and the Oudayas Gardens.
Day 2: Rabat- Chefchouen
On the second day of this 10-day tour from Casablanca, we leave Rabat for Chechouen. This blue and small town is located in the Rif Mountains. This trip passes through many villages. Chefchouen is one of the most visited destinations in Morocco. There are some places you will like to visit in Chefchouen like the Medina, Ras Elma and Plaza Hammam.
Day 3: Fes ( Sightseeing Tour).
The third day is dedicated to exploring Fes. This city is the oldest in Morocco (it was founded in the 9th century). Century. Fes also has many cultural sites and monuments to visit, such as Bab Boujloud, the Medina, the beautiful Tennaries and the first university founded in the world (Al Qarouine University). This spiritual and intellectual city is a worthwhile destination.
Day 4: Fez - Ifrane - Cedar Forest- Midelt - Merzouga.
Today we leave Fez and drive to Merzouga. The road to our destination will take us through the Middle Atlas Mountains, the Ifran and the Cedar Forest (a very large forest area where monkeys live). Upon arrival in Merzouga, camels will be ready for you to take an exploration tour to the Erg Chebbi dunes, where you will camp in a nomad tent and have dinner.
DAY 5: MERZOUGA SIGHTSEEING TOUR.
Today on the 10 days tour from Casablanca, we take you to explore the area of Merzouga with a visit to the former Paris Dacian rally road. Then we drive to the ancient village of Khamlia, where you can learn about an interesting lifestyle and listen to the spiritual Gnawa music. After visiting the village, Namads and Mfiss village, you can ride camels. You may also want to have a sandboarding experience.
DAY 6: MERZOUDA/ ERFOUD/ TODRA GORGE/ DADES VALLEY
After breakfast, we will drive to Todra Gorge and cross Rissani, where the great souks are located, and Erfoud, famous for its fossil production and workshops. Then we continue our tour via the beautiful oasis of Tnighir. The Todra Gorge is home to the highest and narrowest canyons in Morocco. This makes it an interesting destination for climbers. Overnight stay in a hotel in the Dades Valley.
Day 7: Dades - Ouarzazate- Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
On the seventh day of this 10-day tour from Casablanca, we leave Dades and head towards Ouarzazate, visiting a few sights along the way. These include the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, which served as a backdrop for several Hollywood movies and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Then we continue to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2260 m above the Atlas Mountains). We arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in a hotel/riad.
Day 8: EXPLORATIVE TOUR TO MARRAKECH
This day of the 10-day tour from Casablanca is dedicated to the sights and monuments of Marrakech. This city is historical, cultural and one of the imperial cities of Morocco. On this trip you will visit many sites including the beautiful Majorelle Gardens, the Saadian Tombs, the magnificent Bahia Palace and the Koutoubia Mosque. We will also take you to the famous Jamaa El Fnaa square, the medina and the souks. Overnight stay in Marrakech.
Day 9: Marrakech/Essaouira
On the 9th day of this 10-day tour from Casablanca, we will head to beautiful Essaouira. It is one of the perfect destinations to visit. Essaouira is mainly located above the Atlantic Ocean and has a windy beach that attracts surfers from all over the world. There are many sights to admire in Essaouira such as the medina (UNESCO heritage site), the fortress walls of Skala, the port and much more. Overnight stay in a hotel in Essaouira.
The Last Day of The 10 Days tour from Casablanca: Back to Marrakech
Breakfast in Essaouira, then we drive back to the Red City (Marrakech). In the evening you can visit Jamaa El Fnaa square, which never sleeps. It is an entertaining place where people show their talents (musicians, dancers, storytellers, snake charmers…). This is how we end our 10 days tour from Casablanca.
