From Tangier we will pick you up. The destination is Chefchouen – the pearl of Morocco – and we will drive through the town of Tetouen and the wonderful Rif Atlas Mountains. Although it is a small town, Chefchouen is one of the most visited places in Morocco. Its precious blue color and wonderful architecture give it an enchanting beauty. You will spend some time exploring the medina, visiting Ras El Ma and taking a walk through the blue streets and along the numerous handicraft stores. Then we will drive to Fes. DAY 2 : FEZ \u2013 IFRANE \u2013 ERFOUD \u2013 SAHARA DESERT.\n<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

On today’s program of TOUR OF TANGIER we leave the oldest city of Morocco – Fes – and drive towards the Sahara desert. During today’s discovery tour we will pass through several towns and make a few stops along the way. We stop in Ifrane (city of Switzerland). Then we visit the cedar forest in Azrou. It is a very large forest area with beautiful views and also a home for monkeys.<\/p>

The day will continue to cross the landscape Tizi N’Tichka pass and enjoy the beautiful gorges in Ziz valley. After a lunch break, we will continue to the desert of Merzouga via Erfoud (the capital of fossil crafts). The camel trek towards Erg Chebbi dunes, where the highest sand dunes in North Africa. After 1:30 minutes on the camels we will reach our destination. You will also have the opportunity to admire the sunrise over the high sand dunes. Overnight stay and dinner in a Berber tent. The camel man will wake you up to enjoy a magnificent view of the sunrise. Then you will ride camels back to Merzouga. After freshening up and having breakfast, we will continue our day in Todra gorge via the beautiful Tinghir. Todra is very popular among climbers thanks to its narrow and high gorges. Afterwards we will drive to the Dades valley. Today’s destination of the TOUR FROM TANGIER program is Marrakech. Before that, we leave Dades for Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa). During our discovery tour, we stop to visit the beautiful Valley of Roses in Kalaat M’Gouna. We will also drive along the fascinating road of the Thousand Kasbahs, where you can take great photos. The next place to visit is the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. It is an amazing and historical site that served as a backdrop for several Hollywood movies (Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven…) and international TV shows (Prison Break Season 5, Game of Thrones…). The city is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then we will drive to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2260 meters high above the Atlas Mountains), admiring the breathtaking landscapes and views.
