This beautiful forest area near the town of Azrou is a home to Barbary macaques. We then continue to the desert town of Midelt and the Ziz Valley, where we make another stop to enjoy the breathtaking gorges and take some photos.<\/p><p>Before arriving in the Merzouga desert, we will pass through the towns of Erfoud (the center of fossils in Morocco) and Rissani. This large, historic and fascinating site is a <a href=\"https:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/list\/444\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNESCO World Heritage Site<\/a>, where several Hollywood movies such as Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven were filmed.<\/p><p>Afterwards, we continue the tour to Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa). After lunch, we will drive to Marrakech via the incredible Tizi N&#8217;Tichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains, where you can&#8217;t help but admire the landscapes and views.
