DAY1: Marrakech - Telouet - Kasbah Ait Benhaddou - city of roses<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This five-day tour from the city of MARRAKECH takes us to the wonders of the Sahara. The journey will take us through the wonderful High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’Tichka Pass, which offer magnificent views and landscapes. After a few hours of driving, we will reach the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, which we will visit. This Kasbah is one of the UNESCO world heritage sites worth seeing. It is also a famous destination for filmmakers. Many movies were filmed here, such as Lawrance of Arabia, Gladiator and the famous TV series Game of Thrones.<\/p>

After lunch in the village of Ait Benaddou, we continue our first day towards Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa), where the Atlas Cinema Studios are located, where national and international films are shot. We will then drive to Kalaat M’Gouna where you will visit the Valley of Roses. Overnights are going to be in a hotel\/riad (breakfast and dinner).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We leave the beautiful Valley of Roses and head southeast to the Dades Gorge where we see the amazing rock formation “Monkey Toes”. Then we continue to Todgha Gorge overlooking the wonderful Skoura Oasis, which we visit and enjoy walking through the highest and narrowest cliffs in Morocco. This wonderful place is also an attraction for climbers. After visiting Todra Gorge, we will drive to the village of Tamtatouchit where we will spend the night.<\/p>

After leaving the village of Tamtatouchit, we will drive to another Berber village, Amelagou. Our way will take us through different places and villages, including the valley of Ait Hani and the city of Assoul. During this trip, you will get to know the lifestyle and daily activities of the people. Between these villages there are places where the people, who are very nice, generous and friendly, still live in caves.<\/p>

Then we will go to Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops and factories. Here you will have the opportunity to see authentic art and creative works made from rocks brought from the mountains. After lunch in Erfoud, the eventful day continues to Merzouga. After a short break, you will experience an extraordinary camel trek to the Erg Chebbi dunes.<\/p>

In addition to riding the camels, you will admire the magnificent views of the desert and the high sand dunes, which offer a great opportunity for photography. After a traditional Moroccan dinner, listen to the cultural music and drums of the Berbers. It is a fun and peaceful night around the campfire with the stars shining and endless in the vast desert. Before you are taken back to Merzouga, enjoy the brilliant view of the sunrise over the high sand dunes. At the hotel\/riad you can refresh and have breakfast. Then we will go to Agdez via the town of Rissani and the amazing landscapes of Alnif. In N’kob we will take a break to have lunch. Then we continue our journey to Ouarzazate, passing through the Draa Valley where countless palm trees are planted, enjoying the view of Ait Sawn on the way over the Atlas Mountains. After breakfast at the hotel, you will have enough time to visit the Atlas Cinema Studios museum (optional) in Ouarzazate. Afterwards, we will drive to the city of Marrakech. During this day we will make some stops to enjoy the impressive views, Berber villages and landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains and drive over the Tizi N’Tichka pass (2260 meters high above the Atlas Mountains). In the late afternoon we will reach Marrakech.<\/p>
